Congratulations on excellent test results, Ricardo.

You can probably bet that nobody in your family has test values as good as yours. But that's because of decisions they have made. By asking you if you get enough (whatever), they are defending their own lifestyle more than questioning yours.

You can worry about anything, but worrying doesn't help. The best way to help others, especially family and loved ones, is to quietly set a good example.When they see how well you're doing, and they are ready to make changes, they'll ask you for help.
