You've got it all right, Ricardo (except maybe for the tofu). Tofu is a good food, but as you say, sometimes high in fat. Regular tofu runs between about 45% to 60% calories from fat. But just a little bit won't raise the total fat level very much.
In the US a few companies make make a very low fat "Lite" tofu that comes in an aerobic package (doesn't need refrigeration until after it is opened). One is Mori-nu (made my Morinaga) and another is White Wave.
Since they can be shipped at room temperature, they may be available in Brazil.
Also, in some countries, a few small local tofu factories make a tofu from de-fatted soy beans. Since São Paulo has a very large Japanese ethnic population, a low fat tofu might be available there.
I love the taste and texture of sour cream, so I devised a tofu-based recipe that tastes and looks very much like that. You can find in the recipes on my web sire. Adding a couple of tablespoons, even if made with regular tofu, would hardly raise the fat percentage of a meal.
