To answer your questions: Yes, I get sufficient omegas from the foods I eat (mostly from vegetables and soy products). As for 'goitrogenic' tendencies, I do feel that issue may be exaggerated. Goiters in populations consuming foods containing iodine (seaweeds, iodized salt and [not us] fish) are not very common. Unless your physician has told you that you have a thyroid condition, I'd let that one go. Body temperature varies; although the average is 98.6 F. About 50% of the population vary by a degree plus or minus. Since I lost weight and became vegan, 16 years ago, my temperature has stayed close to 97.6 F.
