I am so thrilled for you!!! This is wonderful news and I am sure encourages you to follow this program for the rest of your long life.

In getting to know you a bit through your postings and our interchanges over the years, I always admired your strict adherence to this lifestyle. I feel having followed Dr E for over 7.5 yrs myself, that his approach that "moderation kills" is the correct strictness needed to achieve the results that you have had and I as well. Needless to say the work of Dr Pickney and this form reinforces and puts into practice what is needed to adapt and maintain this lifestyle to reverse heart disease. We all are indeed fortunate to have such a caring person.

Hopefully your MD in Brazil is supportive of you and is working with you to ensure that all body systems are in tip top shape.
