I have follow a reversal diet for over 2 yrs.During that time I lost 40lbs and have adhered faithfully to the 10% fat rule as well as not eating the foods on the don't eat list.I walk 1 1/2 miles a day.In the last week or so when walking after about 10 minutes I feel some discomfort in my shoulders and neck area. These are not shooting or vice tightening pain but merely an ache sort of pain.I am wondering if this is due to muscles or maybe something heart related.I have had dislocated both shoulders in the past and once in a while have shoulder or arm discomfomfort in general. There is no chest discomfort while walking only in the shoulders and a little in the neck.I try to stretch before walking.Any opinions on what could be causing this?
