I agree with you on Nuts however. I do take Dr E's advice and not consume them, It is just that Dr Fuhrman article alarmed me on this on the other issue he bought out. A particular point Fuhrman makes alarms me that "The data suggests that following a low-fat diet for a long period of time, though effective at reducing atherosclerotic plaque, could actually increase the risk of sudden cardiac death. "
