Dr. Pinckney, Thank you for the news that aerobic exercise can increase nitric oxygen. I read also that dark green leaves when well mixed with saliva can also do the job. Other readings show me that exercise can lower Blood Pressure. After 30 minutes of briskly walking I see my bp during the day a little lower. Briskly walking makes me happy because of the endomorphin that the body releases. For all the above I will keep walking fast most of the days. Good walking, Ricardo
