I was not aware there was such a population that did not consume nuts and seeds.I thought even the most remote native populations consumed nuts and seeds since they are found in naure everywhere. I though the avoidance of nuts and seeds was an artifical construction.I have not examined the evidence that Fuhrman has on strokes or tremors but I would guess he would look a bit foolish to come up with bogus data that is easily disproven.That does not seem likley given his reputation.
