Subject:         Hang tight

If anyone is considering bailing out think twice before you do. I fell off the wagon around a year and a half ago and I'm paying for it now. Last year I was walking the golf course and carring my bag . This year I cannot walk without pain. I'm wondering how those of you like Dr. Pinchney began exercising in such pain ??
