Subject:         How relevant is aspirin in Reversal? Is aspirin a great risk to cause strokes?

Dr. Pinckney,
Many doctors prescribe baby aspirin to patients with heart arteries problems. One of the doctors that I know cautions that aspirin may cause brain strokes. Other cardiologists say that people with arteries problems should take aspirin despite of it.


My question is:

What is better: to avoid the risk of brain strokes without aspirin or to reduce the chances of a heart attack with aspirin?
