Jo, have in mind that to reduce BP besides to go to plant based food and VLF it is necessary to cut salt that comes in soft drinks and processed food (salt it is used as a food preserver with other chemistries). Just as motivation: do you know that soft drinks are changing their formula to adapt to the salt problem awarness? Here is one example: "PepsiCo to cut sodium, sugar, fat in products March 22, 2010 By EMILY FREDRIX , AP Food Industry Writer (AP) -- PepsiCo Inc. plans to cut the sodium found in each serving of its key brands by one-fourth in five years, the company announced Monday, as the industry deals with pressure from the government and health-conscious shoppers who want more options."
