thank you for the ideas and comments. I just got today, here in Brazil, a Soy Sauce with a label that says "light" and I read that has much less salt than the other I had before. The other thing I am planning is to use a spray that will bring flavor without so much of liquid and that way to avoid to pour from the bottle, what is delivering a lot of sauce (and sal).
