I use soy sauce pretty sparingly myself. I tend to get my flavors from dry spicing and hot peepers. With that said, I use to use Braggs until I read on the "Is This Healthy" board on this forum hosted by Jeff Novick, that it contains MSG. There are natural Soy Sauces which some members of that board listed.

On another point, my Brazalin friend has brought back from Brazil for me some of the jared little hot pepers. They are just incrediable. My fajowada (sp) never tasted so great. Your lucky to have these available!
