Dr. Pinckney, I tried soy souce that sells here in Brazil. It gives vegetables and leefs excellent flavor, but side effect is higher blood presure as it has a lot of sodium. I also add black pepper in powder. My questions: 1) Is it posible to make soy souce at home to avoid lots of salt (555 mg of sodium per soup spoom) that are in the commercial soy souce? 2) Besides pepper, what other condiments you recommend that are good to reversal?
