Thanks for the information on your progress. I'll use that with those I know with high cholesterol and blood pressure. And, I know quite a few.

Actually, at the senior center here in my town, I did tell a 66 yr old guy to go vegan, and his blood pressure did plummet. His weight and cholesterol also went down. His doctor was amazed. This was about 2 months ago, and I continue to follow-up with him.

I've not been so lucky with many of my other acquaintances, but I try.

As for Obama, his wife is into nutrition, with her vegetable garden and all, so I'm sure she'll be after him to not be seen on TV again, eating a burger and fries. I'm sure the good vegan doctors have written to him. Whether he listens, is another matter, but certainly real health care has to start with a proper diet. There is no better diet for humans than a vegan diet, and that's been proven, as you well know.

I know you'll stick with your new diet, as you know it works.
