As part of the program to reverse coronary disease I try to walk briskly about 30 to 40 minutes a day. I am looking to buy shoe gear to replace my olds ones. The adds from the tennis shoes manufacturers suggest to buy very expensive gear. My question: is it really necessary to have sophisticated tennis shoes with air cushion and other specs? I don’t pretend to run a marathon or to run accord to Dr. Cooper program. What it is recommended as a shoe in order just to walk fast, without to have to buy these much more expensive shoes?
