There's no safety or nutritional reason to prevent mixing these. Some grains and seeds become rancid faster than others, so after a while, one of them could make the mixture undesirable, but if you refrigerate it immediately after blending then and keep it in an air-tight container, the mixture should last for quite a while. The best way to keep ground seeds fresh is to put them in a 'zip-lock' type baggie, pressing all the air out before sealing, and then put the baggie in an air-tight jar or container. Some seeds, especially flax seeds, don't crush well in a blender. A small electric coffee grinder does a much better job.
