Dr. Pinckney, I want to know if using a blender to blend flax seeds, oat, walnut, quinoa, etc. and keeping the result in a refrigerator it is ok, or these cereals should be kept apart, in different containers. If you think it is ok, it would make much easier to have all them mixed in just one container and using the mix with fruits and meals rather than having to reach to different containers to have the ideal amount of all of them.
