Dr. Pinckney,

1)I have extra systoles and my Doctor says that it is not a big problem because they are supra ventricles. They do not bother me and I just notice the extra beats if I really pay attention. But I believe it would be a good idea having my heart working back without these extra beats. Let me know if it is possible to reduce the extra systoles by just natural means.
2)I was able to reduce total cholesterol by plant based food to under 150 and I understand that 150 is the limit that many studies indicate is good to reverse CAD´s. I also understand that reversal means in first place to reduce heart attacks, to remove cholesterol behind endothelium, to increase blood flow in the arteries, etc. Let me know what is the importance of further reducing cholesterol adding pills of medicines to reduce cholesterol by chemical means. My doubt comes from a lecture of Dr. E when he indicated that a pill test did not reduced MIA´s when they were utilized. If so what would be the percent advantage of adding pills to a plant based food diet?
