Sorry about my rant on finding a good doctor. You obviously already have one of the best. I have read that even some of the doctors on the diet were on it for a little over a year before their angina completely disappeared. You might try eating more frequent but smaller meals. And, you can try having mono meals where you eat just one thing for maybe 1 meal a day, that way you could isolate which foods may be causing it. Sometimes even plant foods can trigger an inflammatory response that will narrow your arteries temporarily and cause angina. Grains can be a common culprit.
