Thanks for your comments I already do follow Dr Esselstyn's book I have meet Dr Esselstyn and do consult with him on a regular basis he is a wonderful man with compassion and very much believes in reversal of heart disease. thanks anne for your comments and encoragement. thanks also for this great website from Dr.Pinckney
