What's logic behind 15 mins of exercises that would raise your heart rate and reversal of CAD? Just want to understand better, I know you have some good reason when you said that. You have already said that one needs to consult with your physician as to how much exercises you should do but assuming if there is no other condition, generally speaking how much one should raise the heart rate? 70, 80% of the maximum heart rate or you have some other formula that you go by
