I like to eat a breakfast of oatmeal with a banana and full fat soy milk (full fat as prescribed by Dr. Ornish). This amounts to about 20-22% fat. If I add one of my homemade biscuits at 5% fat and 300 calories, that brings the fat percentage for the entire meal closer to the recommended 10%fat for an entire meal. But the total calories goes up. Which would be a healthier meal in regards to heart health?
