After you go back to a very low fat, plant-based diet, your lipids will start improving in just a few days. But it would be reasonable to wait a month to six weeks before you have an another profile.

Don't forget that the program also includes daily aerobic exercise. At least a half hour of brisk walking (or it can be in two 15-minute walks) or cycling, jogging, swimming will have a significant effect on your lipids.
