Subject:	Consultation With Dr Esselstyn

I know Dr Esselstyn has been retired. Is there a way to consult with him? Can you ask for his referral through your PCP's office which will be covered by insurance company. Has anyone attempted to do this or simply consulted with Dr Esselstyn whether coverd by insurance or not.
