The numbers are not alarming. Many people would be very pleased to have similar results.

Don't expect your HDL to rise significantly. HDL is made by the body in relation to the total cholesterol in the blood, If it goes down, HDL typically goes down. That it has stayed the same is really a relative rise, considering how much you've lowered total and LDL.
