Subject:         VEGAN plus Exercises: Itīs working: Lowered LDL and Triglicerideos and Higher HDL

Let me give my testimony: after 8 months of Vegan plus Exercises I got lower numbers of Total Cholesterol (181 to 93, LDL (95 to 33) , lower triglycerides (83 to 78) and to get HDL higher( 42 to 47). The better numbers of Triglycerides and HDL last longer to get (8 months). What was fast was to loose weight (about 2 pounds a week in the first 5 months resulting in a total UTD of 30 pounds or 14 kilograms – from 92 kilograms to 78 kilograms). Total cholesterol also went down fast in the first months, initially with the help of statins (Crestor 10 mg at night and now just 5 mg per night, reduced because the Vegan diet worked so well). Blood pressure with the help of exercise, diet (lower doses of sodium) and beta blocker 50 mg a day brought my BP from 14X9 to just 12X7 and sometimes I measure 11X6.

Exercises: just 30 minutes of brisk walking 5 days a week.

I last visit to my Doctor he told me that I was doing fine and that in the next effort test I might get rid of the ischemia that showed in the October 2007 test. Even if he does not use the word “Reversal” I believe it would be a reversal achievement to try, as it is documented in all the books on this subject, or would it not?
