I am trying hard to do all the right things to reverse my heart disease. I have been a vegan for three years. If I can't avoid it, is it better to always stick to items with less than 10% fat (some of these include oil), always avoid foods that include refined flour products, or always avoid any product with oil/fat? Which is the worst "error" to make?
