I too am genuinely thrilled to see Dr. Esselstyn post here. It's been exactly 1 year since his book convinced me to "bypass" bypass and try his approach instead. In that year I have went from 206lbs to 160lbs, total cholesterol went from 339 to 108, complete freedom from ischemic pain, and a sense that I am in control of my health. Having Dr. Pinkney's forum, as well as resources from Dr, McDougall and Dr. Ornish have also played important roles in my health maintenance. But my biggest thanks are to Dr. Esselstyn who has done nothing short of saving my life. |
