One more set of questions, if you don't mind. Since faithfully employing Dr. Esselstyn's diet over the past two weeks I have felt wonderful, generally speaking. My angina had improved and been minimized throughout this same time frame -- that is, until today. Suddenly, this afternoon, I had a pretty strong angina bout that hit me out of the blue, while shopping - and it has both scared me and discouraged me, as I thought things were improving based on the last 14 good days. (1) What are your experiences with going vegan and correlating angina bouts? (2) How long does Dr. Esselstyn's diet need to be practiced - typically - before angina bouts perhaps will go away? (3) Typically, in your own experience, how long is it for most people who have employed the Esselstyn/vegan diet before they no longer experience angina? (4) And can one meal failure (not sure what constitutes that) set back cause angina to immediately return? Thank you for your time?
