The advice you've been given by other members of this group is all you need to get started on a reversal program without surgery. While it's important to remember that everyone is different - and that works for one person might not work for another - I can tell you that I had three blockages, 100%, 90% and 85% in the three main coronary arteries, and reversed these without any surgery.
