I would add to the list of books, sites and Doctors given by David:
1) K. Lance Gould, M.D., the Weatherhead PET Imaging Center
http://www.uth.tmc.edu/pet/staff2.htm
You could ask to your Doctor what his/her opinion on Dr. Lance Gould and get an appointment in his office, located in Texas. Here are details of Dr. Lance Gould works: K. Lance Gould began his research on coronary artery disease in 1969. He is professor and founding director of the Weatherhead PET Imaging Center for Preventing and Reversing Heart Disease and has served as director of the Division of Cardiology at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. Dr. Gould is the author of the first textbook on quantifying coronary artery narrowing, coronary blood flow, and cardiac PET imaging.
2) DR. ESSELSTYN
Besides his book, you could access his site:

3) I also get a newsletter from About.com. The Doctor that writes some articles that may be of interest to you is Mark Stibich, Ph.D., and the site is:

Hope this helps you.
