What about nutritional or brewer's yeast? It has a lot of protein in it (8 gms per tablespoon), but seems to have lots of vitamins and minerals. One brand even has lots of fiber. As a weight lifter, cyclist, and rower, is getting 32 gms of protein from nutritional yeast, along with eating a whole food, plant based diet (no meat, milk, eggs, etc.) something unnecessary?
