My age is 33, I am working in morning time in office and sitting all the day in A/C no body activity, in the afternoon i am going for a part time job installing satellite dish antenna so there is full movement and taking the tools bag and other accessories to the top of the houses of customers and going to the top of the house and coming down several times it is a good excercise and in the home i am doing some times excercises or one week in the month or some times more as i get time for it. In the morning in the office when i check my pulse rate it is showing sometimes 60 sometimes 70 sometimes 58 in the afternoon it is ok, moreover i stoped taking sugar in the tea and stoped taking sweets for 6 months to lose weight and it works my weight droped from 80kg. to 70kg. but then i feel some pain in my knee and bones i think it is due to lose weight then i again started taking sugar in the tea and eating sweets as normally i was before and my weight increased from 70kg. to 78 kg. within 1 month and my knee pain gone but now i am feeling sometimes that my pulse rate is low. Is it ok or there is some problem and i think it is of the sudden increase in my weight and my stomach get big then before because i stopped all excersises for the last 2 months because of the knee pain. Now for the last 5 days i started excersises again and i am feeling little better. What is your advice that i should go to see doctor or it is normal
