I have just been told after an angiogram that I have one major blockage and 2 less major arterial blocks. My cardiologist indicates right away that my only option is triple bypass. While he paints a threatening, immediate, and dire picture my logic and research disagrees that major invasive surgery is where I need to go. Are there ways I can explore and practice that can either stablilze the current stage of of heart disease or even reverse it without the major surgery that does not deal with the cause?
