Many people who work out with exercise that helps their cardiovascular system become more efficient find that their resting pulse rate becomes much lower. The heart is able to pump more blood with each beat so doesn't need to beat as rapidly, reducing the resting pulse.

Rather than being a concern, unless there are other medical conditions effecting it, lower resting pulse is a positive sign of good cardiovascular condition.
