Our dietary recommendations are for people who do an hour of exercise a day, which is our recommendation for preventing and reversing heart disease.

Triathletes and people who engage in intense training may have different nutritional needs. This forum does not address such specialized requirements.

We continue to caution about excess protein intake. Many Americans have bought into the myth that more protein is better, often consuming three times more than they need, which can cause unnecessary health problems.
