to improve HDL and LDL levels, i know to exercise in my target heart range at least 20 minutes at a time most days of the week. but does going for longer than 20 minutes in this range add benefit or is it a waste of heartbeats for this purpose?
Subject: does more than 20 minutes of elevated heart rate create added benefit?
