For most people the blockages can be significantly reversed and even eliminated. Reversal starts almost immediately after one begins to follow the program. In my support groups, most people reported a reduction in angina - sometimes to zero - in just a week or two.

But those blockages took many years to build up, and it may take weeks or months to reverse them enough to feel secure. To continue to open one's arteries, one should keep on the program even after feeling relief.
