I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and I am taking zoloft to control it. My heartbeat at resting is slightly high just because I am always so stressed and tense. I am 20 years old and I am getting married soon so I wanted to start to excercise to get in shape. I am not over weight, I am 5'1" and 120lbs. When I excercise though my heart rate can rise as high as 200 beats per minute and I feel terrible, sometimes my back hurts and I feel dizzy. I do have back problems though, scoliosis and some vertebral subluxtion. Do I keep excercising and is this normal?

Thanks,
Lauren
