Coumadin (warfarin) can be effected by vitamin K, which is found in some green vegetables. Most people can tolerate normal servings of green vegetables while taking Coumadin, but others may be adversely (and dangerously) effected. This is an individual medical situation that needs to be discussed with one's physician,
