You stated in your answer to a previous inquiry that a restricted diet may or may not be required for a coumidin user. My mother,who is 82, has be prescribed a dosage of 5mg of coumidin to control high blood preasure. This has worked very well but she is concerned about foods which will counteract the effects of the drug. She has been told by (non-medical sources) to avoid leafy vegatables such as spinach,kale and brocolli since these are high in vitamins C, E or K. Are there any other foods to be avoided ?
