I have the same problem. I wake up at night absolutley freezing when it is quite warm in the room. I have not lost weight, and have no reason to believe my metabolism has changed for any reason other than aging. I've had this problem off and on for a few years now. I have no idea what causes it, but thought you might like to know that some of us that have not lost weight have the same problem.
