Skinny is in the eyes of the beholder. After going on this program 8 years ago I went from 180 pounds to 135. People continue to tell me I'm too thin (except my physician, who tells me I'm at the perfect weight).
It seems that the people who most often comment on my being too "skinny" are the ones who could most benefit from losing a few pounds themselves.
A BMI of 19 or above should tell you you're not too thin, and since 21 is ideal, your BMI should tell you to ignore those comments.
