he has raised my lipitor.last year my cholestrol was 167. i ws eating benecol every day. then i quit that and lipator both. went back on pills a few months ago. it is 38 hdl and 101 ldl
i have studied nutrition and am aware of the diet choices. nothing seems to be working.
has anyone tried a soy product called
revival...also need to loose about 30 lbs.
