I am trying to understand about what happens in reversal. Does the plaque actually reverse or become more fiberous and then more stable? Do the arteries actally become bigger? Is the reversal because collaterals add more blood flow? Will reversal get better with time? I have been on the program for one year and am very curious.
Also what does it mean to have diffuse disease?
Thank you, Donna
