Recently I had pain in the middle of my abdomen that felt like what was a heart attack. I am 41 yrs. a female and have never had trouble with cholesterol matter of fact it has always been low. I have had trouble with my menstrual flow since I was absent a period since I was 35 years old. My medical doctor did a ekg and saw some things that my have indicated a heart attack from the past but did other test such as stress and pictures of the heart and the way it was performing etc....My gyn put me on estrogen and provera..no period. I have lots of fluid build up from something and take bumex 0.5mg to bring this down most of the fluid build up in the middle abdomen area which looks like i am about 6 months pregnant. Also, had sonogram that only showed fibroids in uterus nothing abnormal or big and I had recent blood work done hdl was 243 and ldl was 163 with elevated ldh of 299. I have recently gained a lot of weight but with no increased calorie intake just the same as usual. can you enlighten me in any way???
