the way many people will implement it is to put a sprinkle of oregano on top of their bacon double cheeseburger (or their carnivore deluxe pizza), and assume that they are now heart-attack-proof and cancer-proof.
I don't think we really need a "quick and easy way to get a concentrated source of antioxidants" -- what we need is an emphasis on whole plant foods as the foundation of our diet. Unfortunately that isn't a very popular message.
