Subject: palpatations

Heart Palpatations, I occasionally get heart palpatations especially near heavy car fumes, the only other time they seem to be more common are when i am in a warm country, they can go on and off for hours, last time this happened i was in the carribean and it almost ruined my holiday. Problem is i'm going again in july celebrating anniversary, what can i do to prevent this?? please help.
