also have problems with cholesterol readings! with 30 minutes of walking daily reading at 281.taking medication down to 197 for 2 months. doctor seems to think this is hereditary for me. have tried both ways and don`t feel comfortable taking lipitor forever.in the medical field and know possible side effects. HELP!
